By accessing, registering on, or using the ttjj Casino platform available at ttjj.win (hereinafter "ttjj," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ttjj Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the foregoing eligibility criteria. ttjj reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

To access the full range of games and services on ttjj, you must register for a player account. The following rules govern account registration and management:

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ttjj. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ttjj reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.

You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. ttjj reserves the right to require verification of any information provided and to suspend accounts pending verification. Providing false information — including, without limitation, providing a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and of Philippine law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ttjj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify ttjj immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ttjj will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, ttjj is obligated to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

1. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

ttjj's games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure all outcomes are statistically random and free from manipulation by ttjj or any third party. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot games and are verified by independent auditors.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the hand, spin, or round in which the malfunction occurs shall be void. Any bets placed on a voided round will be returned to the player's real-money balance. ttjj accepts no liability for winnings that would have been payable but for a technical malfunction, whether caused by software error, network interruption, or any other technical failure.

Where live dealer games are concerned, the decision of the dealer and the physical outcome of the game — visible on the live stream — shall be final and binding. You may close your ttjj account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (net of any unsatisfied wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last-used qualifying withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to termination, including compliance with these Terms with respect to activity that occurred during the account's active period.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact ttjj's customer support team to attempt informal resolution. ttjj will endeavour to respond to and resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Complaints relating to PAGCOR-regulated aspects of platform operation may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaints channel.

ttjj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ttjj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
